Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a dynamic, full-body treatment that combines assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, and mindful movement to restore balance and flexibility.

 

Often described as “passive yoga,” this practice is performed on a mat and allows the practitioner to gently guide your body through a series of stretches while applying targeted pressure and deep compression along energy pathways. This helps release tension, improve circulation, and increase range of motion.

 

The result is an energizing yet deeply grounding experience that leaves you feeling open, aligned, and restored.

Choose between 60 minute and 90 minute sessions either at our place or yours.
